Dr Manfred Galdes B.A., LL.M, LL.D

Graduated Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Legal
and Humanistic Studies and doctor of laws
(LL.D) He also obtained a Masters degree in
European Commercial Law (LL.M.) from the
University of Leicester.

After serving as Manager in Legal and
International Relations at the MFSA and then
as Manager responsible for Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at Portman International Limited, Dr Galdes currently holds the post of Director of Malta's Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit.

   
F4 Corporate and Business Law  

Dr Doran Magri Demajo B.A., LL.D

Doran was conferred her Doctorate of Laws at the University of Malta in 2001 and is currently an Associate at Zammit & Associates – Advocates, where she is mainly responsible for Company Law, Trust Law and Corporate Finance, Ship and Yacht Registration and Finance transactions, Employment Law, International Commercial Transactions, and residence and work permit issues.

Doran is a duly certified by The Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta as a Trust Law and Administration practitioner.

June 2010 exams: You are required to write in black ink for the following exam papers for onscreen marking purposes: F1, F5, F7, P1, P2, and P3.
You may now book for F1, F2, F3 Integrated courses in preparation for computer based examinations to be held in April as well as the paper based examinations in June 2010.

December 2009 ACCA/MIA Examination results will be issued on Monday 22 February 2010
ACCA/MIA Joint scheme Students eligible for examinations in June 2010 may apply for Integrated courses in preparation for May 2010 Computer Based Examinations.
Mature students must first complete and obtain a pass mark in F2 and F3 examination papers within a maximum period of 2 years, before completing any other paper of the ACCA syllabus.
ACCA sections; Knowledge, Skills, Essentials and Options must be achieved in their consecutive order.
BPP opening hours are from 08.00 – 18.00hrs from Monday to Thursday and till 17.00hrs on Fridays
BPP Malta is a licenced CBE centre.
