Bernard Attard B. Accty (Hons), AIA, CPA

Bernard holds a Bachelor of Accountancy
(Hons.) degree from the University of Malta.
He is a senior manager in the Tax and Legal
Services Unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers
Malta. Over the past ten years Bernard has
been involved in various tax assignments both internationally and locally for clients in a wide variety of industries. In 2007 he was seconded to the International Tax Structuring Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers Berlin.

Bernard lectures tax law at the University of
Malta and for BPP.

Marvin Gaerty ACCA, AIA, MIT, CPA.

ACCA and MIA qualified. He is also a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Employed as a Tax Enforcement Manager
with the Inland Revenue Department.

Interests include Jazz Guitar, good food and
the cinema.

Mirko Rapa B.Accty (Hons.), ACCA, AIA, CPA

Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.), ACCA
qualified.

Mirko is a tax manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and provides tax
advise to a varied portfolio of clients.

Interests include: football, motor and water
sports.

Stephen Gingell - B. Accty (Hons.), LL.M. (Tax) (Lond.)

"Steve holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) degree from the University of Malta in Accountancy and a Masters in Law with a specialisation in tax from Queen Mary, University of London. He is currently in the process of completing the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation.

Steve is a Tax Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Malta and is involved in providing advice to a combination of international and local clients. During 2008, Steve completed a two year secondment with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, UK in tax.

His interests include reading, swimming and carpentry."

June 2010 exams: You are required to write in black ink for the following exam papers for onscreen marking purposes: F1, F5, F7, P1, P2, and P3.
You may now book for F1, F2, F3 Integrated courses in preparation for computer based examinations to be held in April as well as the paper based examinations in June 2010.

December 2009 ACCA/MIA Examination results will be issued on Monday 22 February 2010
ACCA/MIA Joint scheme Students eligible for examinations in June 2010 may apply for Integrated courses in preparation for May 2010 Computer Based Examinations.
Mature students must first complete and obtain a pass mark in F2 and F3 examination papers within a maximum period of 2 years, before completing any other paper of the ACCA syllabus.
ACCA sections; Knowledge, Skills, Essentials and Options must be achieved in their consecutive order.
BPP opening hours are from 08.00 – 18.00hrs from Monday to Thursday and till 17.00hrs on Fridays
BPP Malta is a licenced CBE centre.
