He graduated with a B.Sc. from the University of Malta and an MBA from Henley Management College (UK). He is also a qualified project management professional (PMP) and a chartered IT professional (CITP).

Arthur has been a lecturer with BPP since 2003.

Arthur worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 4 years and since then, has held various high profile, management roles in the local industry.

Krista qualified as an accountant from The University of Malta and is also a fellow member of ACCA and The MIA. Prior to joining BPP she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an accountant with a local manufacturing company.

Krista has been a lecturer with BPP for over 5 years and also Director of Studies, focusing on student support and marketing.

Interests include reading, swimming and outdoor activities with her family.

Abigail Felice ACCA, MIA,CPA

Abigail holds an ACCA professional qualification. She is also a member of The MIA and a CPA.

After her working experience at The Malta Institute of Accountants as an Accounts and Administration Officer from 2005 until 2009, Abigail is currently Head of Department - Business at St. Edwards college, teaching accounts at senior school and management for the IB programme at sixth form. Abigail has joined BPP Professional Education as an F3 tutor in 2008.

Dr Stephanie Sciberras B.A., LL.D

Graduated Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Legal and Humanistic Studies and Doctor of Laws (LL.D) from the University of Malta in 1999.

Stephanie currently leads the Corporate Governance Services team at Ganado & Associates, Advocates. Her previous experiences include the post of Manager at the Investment Services Unit at the MFSA and that of Legal Officer at the Central Bank of Malta.

Her interests include reading, cooking and jogging.

Manfred Galdes B.A., LL.D, LL.M

Manfred Galdes graduated Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Legal and Humanistic Studies from the University of Malta in 1996 and doctor of laws (LL.D.) from the same university in 2001. He was admitted to the Maltese bar that same year and obtained a Masters degree in European Commercial Law (LL.M.) from the University of Leicester in 2006.

After serving as Manager in Legal and International Relations at the Malta Financial Services Authority and then as Manager responsible for Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at Portman International Limited, Dr Galdes currently holds the post of Director of Malta's Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit,

David Zahra B.A, LL.M. (Lond.), LL.D.

David graduated as Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta in November 2006, following which he was awarded the Chevening scholarship to read for an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of London (Kings College).

David worked for a first tier (Banking and Finance, Corporate and M&A) Legal 500 firm for four years before setting up Camilleri de Marco & Zahra Advocates, a law firm focusing on the core areas of commercial and corporate law, in 2011.

Isabel Felice B.Accty (Hons.), Tax. Dipl. (MIT), IIT (Dip), MIA, CPA, IFSP

Isabel is a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Practitioner. She is currently a tax manager at Ernst and Young where she provides direct corporate and personal compliance and advisory services to a varied client portfolio both local and international.

She graduated from The University of Malta in 2003 as a Bachelor of accountancy (Hons) graduate. Isabel also successfully read for and obtained the Local Tax Diploma organised by the Malta Institute of Taxation and the VAT Compliance Diploma organised by the Institute of Indirect Taxation in collaboration with the Malta Institute of Management.

Isabel is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners. She is also an active member in the Research and Technical Committee at Ernst and Young and she is involved in preparing and issuing various newsletters, tax alerts and budget updates.

Ruth Farrugia B.A. (Hons) Accountancy, MIA, CPA, ADIT

Ruth qualified as an accountant from the The University of Malta, is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has also successfully read for and obtained the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation by the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

She is currently a Direct Tax Manager at Mazars Malta and she has occupied this post since 2006. She was previously an audit senior at Mazars Malta, formerly known as Attard Giglio & Co.

Graduated as an accountant from the University of Malta and also achieved a distinction in the Diploma in Taxation awarded by the Malta Institute of Taxation. He has worked in the tax service line of two leading internationally affiliated professional services firms. He is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation and a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.

He is engaged mainly in direct and indirect tax issues relating both to local corporate and personal tax clients. Moreover, he is involved in providing advice on the setting up of new Maltese tax structures involving cross-border transactions.

John Debattista B.A. (Hons) Accountancy, MIA, CPA

John qualified as an accountant from The University of Malta in 2005, is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and is a Certified Public Accountant. John started his career as an audit senior at Mazars Malta, formerly known as Attard Giglio & Co.

He is currently an Audit Manager at Mazars Malta where he manages a number of assignments both in Malta and in a number of places in Europe, namely, Vienna, Linz and Zurich. His main areas of specialisation include the financial services industry and gaming.

Paul Manduca Stephen Mamo – B. Accty (Hons), AIA, CPA

Steve holds an accountancy degree from the University of Malta and currently works as an audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steve joined the assurance practice of PwC in 2004 and furthered his experience in foreign PwC offices whilst on secondment at PwC Canada and PwC Channel Islands. Steve currently services a portfolio of clients in a number of industries, mainly specialising in insurance engagements and is also active in internal training.

Paul Manduca Anna Vella B. Accty (Hons.), AIA, CPA

Anna works as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Malta and is involved in providing assurance services to a combination of international clients. In 2005 and 2006 she completed two 5-month secondments at PwC Channel Islands (Jersey) and PwC Toronto respectively. Anna is also very active in the learning and education programme at PwC, she is also part of the audit methodology team were she assists in the research and communication performed by this team.

Her interests mainly include dancing and swimming.

Morgan Carabott Morgan Carabott B. Accty (Hons.), AIA

Morgan obtained her Bachelor (Hons.) Accountancy degree from the University of Malta and is an associate of the Malta Institute of Accountants. She has worked with KPMG as an Audit Senior, with clients ranging from manufacturing to the financial services industry. Morgan decided to specialise as an Internal Auditor and holds this position at Middlesea Insurance plc to date.

Interests include sports; particularly Football and socializing.

Interests include football, rugby, cooking and eating good food and traveling.

Kenneth Mousu B.A. (Hons) Accty, FIA, CPA, LIMIS

Graduated from the University of Malta and is enrolled in the Institute for the Management of Information Systems in the UK.

Kenneth is a director of Amarillo Investment Solutions Limited and a member of the Investment Committee. He previously worked in the audit department of Deloitte and Touche before moving to the Benchmark Group of companies where he served as group CFO. Kenneth is a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.

His interests are DIY, cooking and football.

Jonathan Dingli B.Accty (Hons), MIA, CPA

Graduated Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) with first class honours from the University of Malta. He worked for a number of years with KPMG in Malta and in Dublin during which he was assigned on a number of high level clients both locally and overseas. He took on the role of Technical Officer at the Malta Institute of Accountants in May 2005 and has been promoted to his current role of Technical Director in January 2009.

Jonathan has been lecturing for BPP Malta since February 2008, during which period he also taught P2 for BPP International in Warsaw, Athens and Amsterdam.

Interests include classic car restoration, cooking, wine making and outdoor adventure.

Chris Meilak ACCA, MA(Econ), B.Com (Hons) Econ.

Chris is a fellow ACCA member and holds an ACCA professional qualification, an MA in Economics from the University of Malta and a post-graduate degree in Economics also from the University of Malta.

Chris has been a visiting lecturer at University since 2008, lecturing in Industrial Economics, Econometrics and Time Series Analysis. He joined BPP in 2011.

After working as an economist within the Health Ministry’s Policy and Planning Directorate, Chris is currently a Manager at Ernst & Young’s Valuation and Business Modelling sub-service line.

Interests include futsal and cycling.

Ritianne holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the University of Malta and a Diploma in VAT Compliance from the Institute of Indirect Taxation (UK). Over the past years, she worked with established consultancy firms focusing on accounting, consultancy and tax related services, particularly in the international context. In May 2009, Ritianne was appointed Manager – Finance of the National Agency responsible to regulate telecommunications in Malta. She recently joined the Technical Department of the Malta Institute of Accountants as a Technical Officer.

Interests include volleyball, music, visual arts and voluntary work to help those in need.

Frances Mifsud B.Accty (Hons), FIA, CPA(pc), Tax. Dipl. (MIT)

Frances obtained her degree in accountancy from the University of Malta in 1997 and is a Fellow Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Frances started her professional career with KPMG audit department. During her tenure with KPMG she was responsible for the management of the audit of a varied portfolio of local as well as international clients. Following 9 years with the firm, she then moved to the private sector as the Group Financial Controller of a multinational group of companies operating in over 30 countries. Frances is currently a financial consultant for an asset management company based in Geneva.
